The church, which was first built by Emperor Constantius in 360, was later built in 415 and then by Emperor Justinian I in 537. In 1453, after Fatih Sultan Mehmed Khan conquered Istanbul, the building started to be used as a mosque and is one of the most important heritages not only of our country but also of the world.
